Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring a program of health and safety inspections are in place to ensure that the organisation and its management companies and agents are complying with their obligations. You will work closely with and seek advice where necessary from the Group Health and Safety Advisor.
You will be tasked with identifying all necessary repairs, proactive maintenance and other works necessary in order to meet the health and safety obligations of the landlord.
You will have a solid track record of working in a social housing environment and be NEBOSH qualified.
