Job Description

Interfacing between some 20 to 25 sites you would ensure that as the sites are set up that full and proper reporting procedures are established.

This would necessitate a good working knowledge of COINS, a financial management package, for which training can be organised if you are not familiar with it. On site you would ensure that the dedicated support staff are aware of the need to report promptly and accurately to head office on all matters relating to wages, clock cards, timesheets. MRS, (materials return sheets), plant hire and off hire, personnel matters, delivery tickets / dockets and the varied matters that make a project run smoothly.

A driving licence will be essential as the sites are both in London and in the surrounding counties.

You would either receive transport or a car allowance if you wish to use your own vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and all necessary backup will be available.

The company are a well established contractor who have seen their turnover increase threefold over the last 3 to 5 years and are heading towards an annual turnover of upwards of £80 million.
