Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen in the construction industry for a Project Manager for a London based Main Contractor.
The project is a £6Million Design & Build office development in Uxbridge, Middlesex.
The successful project manager will have experience running projects up to £10Million in value and will have worked on a verity of projects with in the public and private sectors. Having Design & Build experience is essential.
This well established contractor has a current turn over of over £100Million and is able to offer it's staff commercial, educational, heritage and health projects with in the M25. Projects are based on traditional and D&B forms of contract with project values ranging from £1M - £10Million.
