Job Description
A West London ALMO is looking to appoint a Responsive Repairs Manager to be responsible for the delivery of a high quality maintenance service for the borough.
In order to achieve this you will need to meet and sustain the national key performance indicators for repairs and maintenance whilst remaining within budget. As well as this you will manage the contractual partnering relationships with chosen external contractors.
This is an exciting and challenging role where it will be your responsibility to design and implement new strategies to improve the ALMO's repairs and maintenance service.
The successful candidate will have previously managed the delivery of a repairs and maintenance service. You will also have proven experience of controlling budgets on large projects and staff management. You should also have a good knowledge of procurement methodologies and legal frameworks relating to housing maintenance
