Job Description
Due to organic growth Eden Browns key client, a main contractor whose group is currently turning over £500Million this year, is currently looking for a contracts manager to be part of their well established and ever growing team.
As a contracts manager you will run 3-4 projects at any one time monitoring project progress, liaising with site teams and clients assuring project delivery is to time, budget and of a high standard. All projects will be based with in the M25.
The successful contracts manager will run contracts from £2Million - £15Million with projects being based on traditional and design and build forms of contract. This main contractor works on Health, Education, Offices and private residential contracts.
