Job Description
A North London borough is looking for an assistant asset management surveyor for an initial 3 month contract.
Your responsibilities will be to assist the asset management staff in the organisation of the councils operational and investment portfolio, landlord and tenant negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of property, carry out surveys, valuations and preparations of final estimates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to begin their career in Building Surveying
The successful candidate will have 1 years experience of estate management and valuation work.
