One of the UK's major private construction developers established for over 50 years. With a project portfolio ranging in value from £5m-£100m, they have an exciting opening for a project surveyor on their £36m new build of a retail store.

They seek an astute project surveyor with previous experience in new build retail stores or managing projects that are £25m +. You will report directly to the managing surveyor to ensure the project is run according to timeframes and profit margins. This would suite someone who has a minimum HNC or equivalent qualification backed with relevant experience, capable of working in a demanding and fast paced construction environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation big enough to win major contracts but small enough to maintain its core values of a privately owned company.
