Job Description
I am currently seeking a Senior Development Control Planner to work for a prominent Borough Council in Hertfordshire, only 20 minutes on the train from Kings Cross. The successful applicant will be a highly skilled planner who is able to lead on major planning applications and section 106 agreements, as well as representing the council at hearings and inquiries. He/she will be required to evaluate a wide range of applications for planning permission, negotiate with developers, agents and applicants and offer advice to customers. A minimum of 4 years UK Development Control experience is desired, although no maximum has been specified. The pay-rate is completely negotiable depending on each individual candidate.
