Job Description
An inner London Borough is currently seeking to expand their team of Planning Enforcement Officers. UK planning enforcement experience is required for this role, as the post-holder must have knowledge and experience of existing UK legislation, in order to be able to ‘hit the ground running’.
The role will involve investigating complaints in respect of breaches and alleged breaches of planning legislation, as well as preparing and giving evidence at public inquiries.
The pay-rate will be around £20 per hour (flexible depending on experience), but please note that only applications with UK enforcement experience will be considered.
