Job Description
A North London ALMO is looking for a Void Surveyor to carry out a long-term contract.
You will be working in the organisation's in-house voids section; inspecting voids, raising work orders to provide an efficient void turn over whilst working to budget and managing operatives.
Other responsibilities will include listing materials in store requisition for the work specified - in order to be able to do this you will need good knowledge of building materials.
The successful candidate will have previously worked in housing maintenance, be able to supervise the contractors and have a relevant qualification.
