A Deputy Manager is required for a beautiful Residential Home in Buckinghamshire. The applicant must be a first level RGN with some proven ability of working with the elderly. Ideally the candidate will have some care home experience and excellent communication skills are a must. Responsibilities will include the ordering and administration of medicine and the general care of residents where required. The role involves the leadership of 23 staff, both care and domestic. The role will also involve the health and safety work including the training and development of staff. The salary will be around the 24k mark, but includes paid training to develope the career of the successful candidate. Most importantly to my client, is that the person will be able to take control of the home in the Manger's absence. Supervisory experience would be preferred.
