Working within the various kitchens you will gain exposure to all aspects of this operation – creating new dishes, menu planning & GP control…. Looking for a career orientated Chef with a passion for the industry, hotel working knowledge and a drive to succeed. If you have 2 years experience in a quality environment and the ambition to get to the top this could be the job for you.
Salary: To £15,000 + Benefits
