A dynamic Nurse Manager is required for a Home in Scotland, that offers nursing and residential permanent care as well as respite care with single rooms and twin bedded rooms, all with en-suite facilities. The successful candidate will hold a responsible post, leading a team of dedicated staff in developing and delivering the highest standard of care for residents and visitors alike.

A strong candidate will have a proven management record either from care homes or other health services.
A first level RGN qualification is a must, and an RMA or NVQ4 management qualification is preferred but not essential. Importantly the candidate will be able to take on this role with determination, and drive the home on for the future.
This a very unique position, as the home remains a well established and sociable place, and is set in one of Scotland's most beautiful and unspoiled areas.
