A Registered Manager is required for a 50+ bedded residential home in the Lincolnshire. No nursing qualification is required, but the successful applicant will have some proven management experience within care homes and consequently be able to lead staff in the provision of excellent care. You also must be familiar with managing and controlling a budget, and have working knowledge of CSCI regulations and other care standards. Importantly, the applicant must be willing to bring a dynamic and whole-hearted approach to the home, to be a part of this warm and friendly environment. Responsibilities will include the leadership of a dynamic team of around 40 care staff. In return for quality service, an excellent package is provided. The salary will be in the range of 27k to 32k, which is negotiable. The role will involve 40hrs per week.
