My client is looking to recruit an experienced RGN Manager to co-ordinate and develop a number of EMI care homes in the North London area.

To apply for this role, the candidate must have a management qualification (NVQ4/RMA) and be very skilled in this field, with proven management experience. In addition the applicant must be totally familiar and up-to-date with CSCI to ensure compliance with the regulations through the homes. Preferably the candidate will have some business development skills and be highly experienced in the training and supervision of staff, to continue the personalised, quality health and care standards my client provides.
This exciting opportunity seeks a highly developed and determined manager, and is reflected in the excellent salary package starting at 45k basic salary.
