Job Description
A highly experienced and professional Home Manager is required to oversee all management aspects of a 10 bedded Residential Care Home in Leicester, specialising in the care of younger adults. The successful applicant will have a Registered Managers Award (RMA/NVQ4), a nursing qualification and have detailed knowledge and experience in relation to the management of mental health services. Most importantly to my client is that applicant has proven management skills and the ability to communicate in 2-3 Asian languages. In return for services my client is offering a considerably healthy package, with a salary in the range of 30k.
