Job Description
The candidate will be required to report directly to the Contracts Manager & Construction Director, his attributes are to be professional and organised, able to control all on site activities and enjoy working under pressure to strict deadlines. He is required to work with the design and planning teams and liaise with the client to achieve successful delivery of the project.
The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate a stable career path with at least 5+ years as a Project Manger with known UK sub-contractors on similar projects in excess of £5m+. With strong site & project management skills, he is required to hold a relevant construction degree and health and safety qualifications. A CSCS Card is a must. The contract is £5m + value over a period of 30 weeks. The candidate can be employed either on a contract basis for a 5.5 day week or on a permanent salary of around £45-50k + car allowance.
