Job Description
I am dealing with an excellent opportunity for an RMN Manager, to commission and run a 10 bedded nursing home for patients with psychiatric disabilities. The home in Surrey is a new establishment that will take the form of a mini hospital, where patients will be discharged after full treatment. To apply for this role, you will have to be a qualified RMN with proven psychiatric skills that you have used at management level, and some form of management qualification is preferred but not essential. You will also willing to apply for CHAI registration. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 15 staff, including an experienced deputy and 4 other qualified RMNs. The role requires the complete set-up and general running of the home on a day-to-day basis. The post will require 40 hours per week. The salary is completely negotiable with a starting range of 25k-30k.
