Job Description
A Deputy RMN Manager is required to help commission and run a newly established care home in Surrey. The home will cater for a small number of patients with psychiatric disabilities. The successful candidate will have some skills in working with this patient type and some supervisory experience would be preferred. The role will involve assisting in the leadership of a team of 15 staff including 4 other qualified mental health nurses. You will also be responsible for the running of the entire home in the absence of the manager. Being a newly founded establishment, you will be assisting with the home set-up, which will provide a great foundation for career experience. The salary will be in the range of 20k-26k, but can be negotiated further depending on the quality of the candidate applying.
