Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Development Control Manager with a prestigious London Borough Council that is currently undertaking major regeneration and development schemes. You will play a key role providing consultancy on major development projects, complex enquiries and committees. Additional duties include implementation of management strategies, mentoring Development Control Officers, and attending member enquiries. Successful candidates wil have acquired substantial UK public sector experience in Development Control including management, dealing with major / complex caseloads with strong operational and report writing expertise.
