Job Description

Carl Bro currently require Mechanical Design engineers (Senior to Principal level) to take part in water and waste water non-infrastructure (treatment works) related design projects. Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience working to water industry standards and practices. The ability to work with-in multidiscipline teams and to effectively share and exchange knowledge is needed.

Requirements:
- Experience leading teams and management of deadlines, capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of pumping systems, hydraulics and pumping stations.
- Working knowledge of water industry mechanical equipment and controls.
- Writing specifications and review of mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of word and excel
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Approximately five years' experience in civil design
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills Client management skills

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Chartership or working towards Chartership
