Job Description

Carl Bro require Senior & Principal Electrical Engineers for projects of small to medium sizes in various UK Locations. Candidates must have a proven record of working to water industry design and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of electrical low voltage distribution / protection and co-ordination systems.
- Understanding of the principles of motor and motor starting.
- Specific Water Industry experience of control philosophies / descriptions for plc control is advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction of distribution equipment, such as motor control centres and distribution boards.
- Responsible for reports and specification writing.
- Competent in Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of treatment processes and mechanical equipment in the Water Industry.
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is advantageous
- Experience of electrical contracting work advantageous.
- Approximately seven years’ experience in the Water Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Experience of management of deadlines.
- Capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Professional approach to client management

Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Chartership or working towards Chartership
