Job Description
An opportunity has arisen with a Northamptonshire Borough Council for a general practice surveyor on a temporary basis. The role will involve the day-to-day management of their commercial portfolio including landlord and tenant duties and the overseeing of asset valuations. The successful candidate will ideally be RICS qualified although this is not essential. This role is available immediately and will last for at least 3 months with the potential of being extended further.
