Job Description:

Senior Project Managers required to work on a major new £150m development in North West London, with a high profile existing client.

The role is to join an existing team and look after several junior and intermediate Project Managers.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of handling £50m+ schemes with high profile clients and designers; pre and post contract experience are both essential although the majority of the work at present is pre-contract. And have experience of residential, retail and leisure buildings. They will be reporting into a Senior Associate and a Partner. These are demanding roles which need tough, capable Project Managers who enjoy a challenge and can cope with the pressure.

Construction qualification and construction consultancy experience required and ideally you will also hold a professional qualification (RICS, APM, ICE etc).
