Job Description:

My client, a leading multi disciplinary consultancy with a world class reputation, are looking to appoint a high calibre experienced commercial project manager to working on commercial new builds.

With a developer or consultancy background the successful candidate will have significant experience in commercial new build projects. The role will involve planning and feasibility, enhancing the front end aspect of the service offered.

A relevant construction qualification is essential and professional membership to a reputable project management association is highly desirable.
