A luxury developer has an immediate requirement for Project Managers to join their London office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion for a consultancy or client side; have a relevant qualification, ideally in a design related area. And they will also have experience in residential and / or leisure type projects as projects.
Developments are all high end luxury with each project being unique. So you must have an eye for detail and proven experience in successfully completing projects to time and budget exceeding expectations.
The role involves managing projects form conception to execution they offer a bespoke service with their team including designers, architects and projects managers. As it is a small team based in London you will also need to be prepared to get involved in all aspects of the business, from taking keys to clients to picking up materials from the supplier.
International opportunities also exist with this role and thus it is also highly desirable that the candidate speaks Spanish.
