Job Description
A Registered Manager is required for a modern 40+ bedded nursing home for the elderly who suffer from mental health problems. This home in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced manager to lead and support a qualified staff team, and to run and develop the establishment in accordance with CSCI regulations, therefore the successful candidate should be fully up-to-date with these regulations. Ideally the applicant will be dual registered (RGN + RMN), and have proven management skills in a similar role. A strong candidate will also have or be in the process of taking the Registered Managers Award. Responsibilities will include the training and development of staff and to oversee the safe and profitable management of the home. The home is also in a period of significant change which will provide further opportunities for the candidate. The salary is in the range of 32k-35k, and a pension scheme is also available.
