Job Description

This leading London PCT has a vacancy for a Service Development: Manager Commissioning and Modernisation. This high perforning Trust covers a diverse area and brings together the planning and delivery of healthcare in the community and within general practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop management skill and knowledge in a demanding commissioning environment. The successful postholder will commission from a wide range of hospitals and project manage redesign programmes, working closely with practice based commissioning consortia. To be considered, applicants must have experience of secondary commissioning, knowledge of the Modernisation Agenda, and powerful analytical and negotiating skills. The post is permanent and full-time with a remunaration in the range of £38,559 to £47,916 and benefits.
