Job Description
A prestigious Central Government institutions urgently requires a Town Planner to play a pivotal role consulting local local authorities and regional councils on development schemes and strategic plans. Additional duties include the analysis of departmental operational (i.e throughput of development control applications) against government targets and allocation of delivery grants. You will identify areas of inefficiency, develop programmes and solutions to improve performance followed by subsequent project management, implementation and monitoring. Successful candidates will have substantial experience in Development Control with project management preferred but not essential.
