Job Description
My Client is looking for a practice manager to work in a well established Dental Company. You must have management experience and have knowledge with managing budgets, team management, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to able to manage a large practice and be able to deal with difficult situations which may arise. You must have a strong focus on Customer service as this is essential in this role. You must come across professionally and be able to motivate staff. You will manage sickness, budgets and all financial queries. You must be IT literate and have excellent knowledge within Excel spreadsheets. Salary ranges from £19500 to £21500.Hours are full time Monday to Friday. Please contact Claire Garrathy@strgroup.co.uk
