Job Description
We urgently require Transport Planners. I have a current requirement for a degree qualified transport planner to help forecast travel patterns and increase awareness of the environmental and social effects of road transport, and its infrastructure.
Help is needed with developing strategies to manage demand and change people’s travel behaviour in line with government guidelines, which include reducing car use, encouraging walking and cycling and promoting the use of public transport. Experience of designing, interpreting and presenting transport and travel surveys would be of strong benefit for this role.
