Seeking an individual who is able to communicate succinctly, win the respect of the external contractors and professional teams with whom they will work, and keep a very close track on development budgets with the expenditure to date and the expenditure through to completion.

The projects are quite diverse and some current projects include:

Development management of a 215 bed hotel and 118 apartments in Cardiff.
A 51 bed and 8 apartment development in Brighton, just commencing.
New kitchen at a hotel, owned and run by the group, in Brighton
The fit out of 9 houses, nearly completed with direct sub-contractors in Brighton
Development management of a 176 room hotel, 160 apartments and 35,000 sq ft of commercial at Broad Quay Bristol.
An ongoing development portfolio with schemes currently in the planning or acquisition stages in Southampton (500,000 sqft) and Reading (250,000sqft)

Your background will be as a degree qualified professional, probably from a Quantity Surveying or Commercial background, with sound Construction knowledge and a good understanding of the role of a Developer working with the Contractors to achieve a satisfactory result.

Package. A salary of £55 to 65,000 plus a customised package is on offer, and the salary figure and benefits will not prove to be a limiting factor if you are the right person for the position.
