Ideally coming from a background in capital valuations, this post would suit someone who is looking to make a role their own. The position will be considered as contract with a view to either becoming permanent or being maintained Freelance on a long term basis. This position is vacant due to expansion; candidates applying for this role should have a long term commitment in mind.
You will be working in the Licensed Leisure and Care department, although previous experience in this sector is not essential. You will be responsible for the management of a small but expanding team of qualified and approaching qualification surveyors, with accountability for their overall performance. The duties of the team will primarily be regarding capital valuation however, applicants who also have proficiency in L&T will be highly regarded, as this is an area of the business my client is looking to develop.
