Job Description
This leading Consultancy are looking to develop a whole life costing 'Service' in it's Cost Consultancy Division. The primary focus is providing practical advice and support to clients and design teams about the costs, economics and associated issues involved with optimising the whole life cost of construction and services.
You will provide strategic client and design team advice, build and develop a team. Co-ordinate with other key services in the company, PFI/PPP, FM, Tax,(Crosher James) and Due diligence.
You should have a clear track record of delivering excellent services and be a member of a professional body, from the built environment.
