World Wide company that specialise in the design, Manufacture of sophisticated scientific instrumentation for a diverse range of chemical, bio chemical, physical and medical research companies through its network of sites. I am looking to recruit a candidate who will play a leading role in the support of their product range in this mass spectrometry business. You will have a degree probably followed by further education either MSc or more likely PHD or equivalent in a scientific environment with excellent communication skills, personality and drive. The role will involve both UK and International demonstrations of the companies equipment, instrument installation, planning and conducting training, assist with the commissioning of the product and keeping upto date with new updates to the product and its continued evolvement. You will have specific knowledge within modern mass spectrometry and attendant equipment such as liquid handling robots and HPLC. Experience in the use of LC and API methods and some knowledge of Proteomics and have good compute literacy with regard to modern scientific software.
