Job Description
Mercury Health currently require Radiographers (MRI) for positions starting in march 2007.
The purpose of this post is to work in partnership with the Diagnostic Team specifically to provide MRI scans for patients in the Mobile Diagnostic Centres in the West Midlands. You must be able to provide training in MRI as required. You will be responsible for all procedures carried out in the role of Magnetic Resonance Radiographer.
Skills
BSc Radiography, or Diploma of the College of Radiographers HPC registration. Post Graduate Certificate in MRI, Management Qualification, as well as Teaching Certificate. A good knowledge of the College of Radiographers statement of Professional Conduct, knowledge of patient pathways, and the key role of ultrasound. Previous cross sectional experience, evidence of continual professional development as well as evidence of effective communication skills, with staff at all levels is essential.
