PROPERTY MANAGER – COMMERCIAL / RETAIL

Location: West End / City

Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w

Rate: £22-24p/h

A leading provider of Property Management services throughout the UK¸ who are dedicated to providing a high quality service which has been successful in securing a large client base¸ currently managing in excess of £14bn worth of property across approx 5000 properties.

The Property Management Service is organised by a number of client specific teams specialising in providing a quality service to a large client base. We currently have two positions immediately available both of which have been created due to continual development and expansion¸ whose mandates include large property investment and development companies.

The role will involve working closely with senior members of the team¸ initially assisting with the management of a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK but looking to build on this with direct responsibility for their own portfolio. Good communication skills are essential for nurturing client relationships and maximising tenant satisfaction.

We are seeking ambitious surveyors¸ ideally with experience in Property Management.

The key responsibilities and aspects of this role will include:

• Client focused role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of service
  
• Ability to manage priorities and meet customer expectations for an expanding portfolio
  
• Have an awareness of financial management for service charges and budgeting on multi let properties
  
• Providing lease management advice and managing tenants within the confines of their leases to maximise tenant satisfaction
  
• Managing all aspects of client reporting to ensure accurate high quality information is issued to the clients within the strict contract deadlines.
  
• Good management skills for dealing with facilities management and on site staff
