Job Description
GP SURVEYOR – PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Location: Oxfordshire
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £23-27p/h
A leading provider of professional¸ technologically-based consultancy and support services who deliver total solutions for public and private sector clients are looking for one¸ possibly two General Practice Surveyor with the following experience:
- Planning & development
- Feasibility studies / option appraisals
- Project management
- Strategic asset management
- Disposals
- Advice on planning or other legal agreements
You must be a confident and self-motivated surveyor¸ and have knowledge in a similar background¸ with the ability to hit the ground running.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position
An immediate start for the relevant candidate is a strong possibility.
