RETAIL PROPERTY ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: West End
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £Dependent on experience
A West End Practice are looking for a Retail Management Surveyor who can develop and maintain a positive customer focussed relationship with clients and tenants in relation to the High Street portfolio for one of London’s leading investment managers and other smaller clients.
You will ensure properties are managed well¸ cost effectively and in accordance with legislation and good working practices.
You must be a confident and self-motivated surveyor¸ and have knowledge in a similar background¸ with the ability to hit the ground running.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position
