Trainee Helpdesk Analyst - Software Company – Essex – Whitham – £13,000 – Monday to Friday position

We are a well established HR and Payroll Software company, which prides itself on having an extremely low turnover of staff. We offer a friendly environment and regularly have new opportunities for experienced candidates in our support and development departments.

Currently we are looking for a Trainee Helpdesk Analyst to join our customer services team.

We will offer you a fantastic environment, complete with benefits and training and the opportunity to progress to a higher level.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, will be experienced in Microsoft Sequel and Payroll as well as Windows, networking and PC’s.

You will have the opportunity to progress to a higher level of either Development of IT products, Customer Training or Sales Development.
