Sommelier – Fine dining/French Restaurant – Central London - £19K
We are a fine dining French Restaurant located in the busy restaurant precinct of Islington. The restaurant has been designed to a simple yet high standard with seating for around 120 people plus a private dining room. We also have a wonderful bar for guests to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dining or to complete a meal with a coffee or even something a bit stronger

Currently we are looking for a Sommelier with an excellent wine and beverage knowledge and the ability to help our dinners to make an informed choice. The ideal person for this position will be someone who has experience working in a 2AA restaurant environment and who has had a broad exposure to wines.

We provide excellent career progression and have a fantastic position for an ambitious person who wants to develop within the role. You will need to be a good communicator, focused and hardworking.

Qualifications with Sommelier studies will be preferred (e.g. WSET level 2,3,4). We are a very staff friendly employer and as such have very low turnover.
