Restaurant Supervisor – 2AA Rosette – Berkshire- £14,420 plus tips – Immediate Start – 45 hours per week – overtime paid – Accommodation provided

We are a high class and recently renovated hotel located in The South East. We offer our guests the highest level of service and facilities weather staying in one of our hotel rooms, dining in our fantastic restaurant, or simply relaxing in the lounge bar.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a knowledgeable and experienced Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter to join the 2AA rosette restaurant in a high class, fine dining operation.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of restaurant procedures, as well as food and wines; they will also be a friendly customer focused person with an outgoing personality

You will also have:
• Excellent people skills with both staff and customers alike.
• A high class fine dining background to management or supervisor level
• A good understanding of food including French terminology
• A keen interest in and knowledge of wine including new and old world
• The ability to train line staff
