Job Description
We are a small 4* Hotel located in Oxford and currently we are looking for a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Department
We are committed to employee’s learning and development, and therefore we offer a performance review and development through NVQ training
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective running of the department including:
• Deputize for the Head Housekeeper in her absence
• Create a work environment, which promotes positive attitude, pride and good morale
• Ensure that hotel bedrooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, in line with company standards
• Supervise, train and motivate the team
