Job Description
We are a small 4* Hotel located near Oxford and currently we are looking for a Deputy Reception Manager.
We are committed to employee’s learning and development, and therefore we offer a performance review and development through NVQ training
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective running of the department including:
• Deputize for the Reception Manager in her/his absence
• Create a work environment, which promotes positive attitude, pride and good morale
• Ensure that the Front Office department is in line with company standards
• Supervise, train and motivate the team
