Job Description
This leading cost consultancy arm of the this larger group of Companies. They are actively looking to recruit a specialist in Life Cycle costing competencies. You will report to the National Head of Life cycle costing and will be responsible for the follow: Generation of Life Cycle cost models in progressive details. Audit of Life Cycle cost plans produced by others. Technical due diligence for project funders. PFI and Prime Bid Development and client side PFI/PPP technical Advisor.
You should have experience in the construction industry, with at least some previous experience within this field of Life Cycle Costing. This is a senior and specialist appointment and offers many benefits of being part of a major international consultancy.
