Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to assist the property manager on a variety of matters including the estates management of their corporate estate, acquisitions, disposals, valuations, development appraisals, feasibility studies and property reviews. Preferably MRICS, the ideal candidate shall need to be able to demonstrate sound general practice surveying skills, and public sector experience would be an advantage. This is an immediate requirement, initially for a 6 month contract and is based in the Midlands.
