PROPERTY / ESTATE MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: Central London
Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: £24-27
A long-term investor in management intensive properties in London whose proven estate management skills are used to maximise returns are looking for an experienced Property Asset Management Surveyor.
You will work directly with the Head of Asset Management dealing with:
- Rent review, Lease renewals
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Portfolio enhancement
- Day to day estate management
The ideal candidate will be personable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
