Job Description
One of our clients is currently looking for a bright lettings negotiator. They offer an excellent package and the role involves handling initial tenant enquiries, maintaining good relationships with corporate clients, Embassies and relocation agents, showing applicants round properties, negotiating offers received, completing booking and reference forms, taking initial deposits and co-ordinating the administration and check-in procedures. Strong communication skills are essential with a professional manner at all times.
