Job Description
I am currently looking to recruit for a London local authority enforcement officers with some UK experience (3 months and upwards). This is the perfect opportunity to liaise with the general public and to deal with interesting and complex cases.
Outstanding overseas candidates will be considered.
You would have experience in being able to prepare formal written statements, resisting appeals against planning decisions taken by the Council and to justify and support those decisions. You will also investigate breaches of planning control, recommend action to be taken and negotiate acceptable outcomes. This is an excellent role within a good team.
Access to a car and valid driving license would be beneficial.
