The job has started and due to internal promotion we require a site based presence. This would be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Engineer to move up and become more involved with Method Statements, Call offs and dealing with the client.

New project involving demolition, drainage, groundworks and basic RC, so an understanding of the technical aspects of these processes will be required.

Moving on to traditional RC frame construction, pile caps, ground-beams, block and beam to include pre-cast Bison or similar slabs.

Looking for a candidate with a broad engineering background, ideally with a Civil Engineering Degree or similar tertiary qualification, capable of organising the Engineering elements of the sites from day one.

You will need good communication skills, be able to ensure that the information you give is understood by your team, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent your Company in a professional manner.

There are a variety of Commercial and Residential projects on stream and going well into 2007 so continuity of work is available.

For You as a committed candidate there is a very good salary package available, figures above are guidelines and will be exceeded for a suitable applicant. A 5 or 5.5 day week, depending on site constraints, will operate. Ideally CSCS certified and with a current First Aid certificate, you should be a car driver.
